Olena is a graphic designer and creator working with an emphasis on typography and the celebration of its beauty. Her playful experiments are on the verge of art and everyday culture. As a designer with both design and Applied Arts education, her biggest passion is to work with materials. Every project she works on starts or ends by creating a physical object that one can integrate with. The properties of each material always direct the creative process and open the possibility to so-called chance-based graphics to fill the gaps that computers can never fill. Currently living and working in Berlin and finishing her studies at the Berlin School of Design and Communication.
